Refund policy

If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. We are committed to resolving any issues to your full satisfaction.

Returns Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in its original condition, complete with all original packaging and paperwork.

If an item is returned due to buyer's remorse—such as "the size isn’t right" or "the colour isn’t as expected"—we are unable to refund shipping costs and payment processing fees (5%). This is because these fees are non-refundable from payment providers, regardless of the reason for the return. Even cancellations immediately after purchase incur these fees.

You are welcome to return items within the allowed time frame for any reason, but please note that we cannot refund fees for reasons that are avoidable or beyond our control.

We provide accurate item measurements and are happy to supply additional photos for colour and scale upon request.

Non-Returnable Items
Re-sized rings, modified pieces, and bespoke items cannot be returned.
